5. Return and Exchange Policy

5.1 Return Period

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in original condition with receipt. Custom-made items, special orders, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

To be eligible for return, products must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
• Free from damage caused by customer use

5.3 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

We will provide estimated completion times for custom projects. While we strive to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and may vary based on project complexity and material availability.

7.4 Item Care

While we take utmost care with items entrusted to us for framing, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to inherent defects in the items or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liiframes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
